FAQs
Do you clean side yards and dog runs?
Yes. We clean all accessible areas where your dogs do their business, including side yards, rock landscaping, and gated dog runs. Just make sure we have access.
Do I need to be home for the service?
Nope. As long as we can access your yard, you don’t need to be there. We’ll send you a text before we arrive and a gate-closed photo after the job is done.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
We scoop in rain, shine, and Arizona dust storms. If weather ever makes it unsafe or impossible to complete your service, we’ll reschedule right away.
How do you dispose of the waste?
All waste is double-bagged, sealed, and disposed of according to local sanitation guidelines. We never leave anything behind in your bins unless requested.
How do you keep your tools clean?
Our scooping tools are disinfected between every visit using pet-safe, kennel-grade cleaner. Clean tools mean a safe yard for your pups.
