By using our services or booking through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered
   Doo Doo Detectives AZ provides dog waste removal for residential yards on a one-time or recurring basis. Service availability depends on location and yard accessibility.

2. Service Access
   Customers must ensure gates are unlocked and dogs are secured at the time of service. Missed visits due to access issues may still be charged

3. Payments and Cancellations

• Monthly Billing: Prepaid on the 1st of each month

• Quarterly Billing: Prepaid every 3 months with a 10% discount

• Weekly Billing: Charged on Mondays for that week’s service

All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
You may cancel services with at least 24 hours' notice via phone or email.
No refunds are issued at owner's discretion.

1. Safety and Conduct
   Our technicians will not enter yards with aggressive animals or unsafe conditions. Unsafe environments may result in skipped and rescheduled service.

2. Scheduling
   We provide service arrival windows but do not guarantee exact appointment times. Service may be impacted by weather or holidays.

3. Limitation of Liability
   Doo Doo Detectives AZ is not liable for property damage beyond normal wear caused by foot traffic during service, or for injuries related to hidden hazards in the yard.

4. Changes to Terms
   We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
